This place had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, and a great location for our Yellowstone adventure. Having the grocery store close by was convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub, and all of the amenities on site. My daughter keeps asking when we can go back!

Hosts were very responsive. I wrote about questions and was immediately answered. Upon arrival the cabin was very clean! All of the bedrooms were very nice, kitchen was well stocked.

The pool table in the main room is a great bonus. The hot tub was a great use. Ample space, ample everything. The 4x4 rental place was right in the same location. Really a gr8 place to rent for large groups.

A large part of our enjoyment stemmed from staying at this lovely cabin. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms ensured that everyone had their own space. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with pots and pans and made it easy to make large meals. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table at the end of each day. We would definitely stay there again!

It was a beautiful home and it accommodated our big group. The space was amazing we couldn’t even feel there was so many people in the house. The open concept made the whole group feel together downstairs. The jacuzzi was ready and clean. The only issue we had the two bathroom tubs upstairs the water was draining slow. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful place to stay. The nice thing is it is close to subway, gas stations and not to far from Yellowstone.

Wonderful Cabin!

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is perfect for a large group. We really enjoyed the large open area. We actually rented two cabins on the same street. This cabin comfortably slept 16. We had 12 in the other cabin. The open area in this cabin was large enough for the whole family to gather. A wonderful cabin.

The property is fantastic. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some great meals. Very comfortable beds. Yellowstone is 30 minute drive away. So many activities close by: renting ATv's(trails lead you right to cabin) , paddle boarding, kayaking, Incredible state park. This property was everything we expected it to be and more. I will definitely rent from Kabino again!

This home was outstanding! There was tons of room for our large family gathering and all the extras: hot tub, fire pit and pool table were enjoyed by all !! This home was in a very quiet area, close to grocery store and gas station and a hop, skip and jump to West Yellowstone! Everything you can want and need is here!! Plenty of parking too ! This place is a gem!!

Amazing House - Amazing Trip

Buck, Buck, Moose is an amazing house in the perfect location. We had 8 adults and 7 kids, there was plenty of room to comfortable accommodate each of us with room to spare. The Kabino Team did a great job in effectively communicating each step of the rental process, they made it easy and were a tremendous help. ATV Rentals are a short walk away at High Mountain Adventures – there are hundreds of trails to explore and are a ton of fun! Mack's Inn is only a few minutes away where you can float the Henry's Fork (Highly Recommended)!!! West Yellowstone and the West Entrance is about a 20 minute drive (I recommend leaving early to avoid long lines getting into the park – we left at 5:30 AM on the days we spent in Yellowstone and were able to beat the crowds which made it that much more enjoyable – wildlife is also more active at dawn and dusk). Big Springs and Johnny Sack’s Cabin is a short drive. Kids can feed the fish (I recommend bread and maybe some Cheetos). If you have time, check out kayaking at Wade Lake and Cliff Lake – two of the most beautiful glacial lakes you will ever see… they are about a 1 hour drive from the cabin. I have been coming to Island Park each year for my entire life and it never disappoints, it’s a new experience each time and Buck, Buck, Moose is without question the best cabin I have stayed in. 10 stars across the board.

Nice open area and plenty of bedrooms with their own bathroom. It was a great place for the family and easy travel to Yellowstone. Local area is great for many outdoor activities to include fishing, boating, and kayaking.

My family enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a bathroom accessible . 2 washers and dryers was definitely a plus. The house is though a little ways from the park, was still worth the extra drive. In the morning on our way to the park, the snow capped mountains appeared in the distance, the lake on one side, the view was breathtakingly beautiful.

We loved our stay at Buck Buck Moose. I have rented 4 cabins in Island park with this being the 4th. By far this one was my favorite. easy access to the main highway and gas stations was a huge plus. the cabin had excellent amenities like the pool table Direct Tv and a craps table. all of which we enjoyed during our stay.

Our family loved Buck Buck Moose! Great size for a family reunion. It also had lots of bathrooms. Loved the hot tub, fire pit & pool table. The kitchen was stocked nicely. Plenty of parking outside.

Our family had a wonderful time exploring the park and the Island Park house was a great open concept for us all to gather and share our experiences! This home would be great for families with kids , lots of bunk and twin beds . We had four couples and there was enough bedrooms with attached baths so we all felt very comfortable

What attracted us to use this cabin for our family reunion was the large living space for people to spread out and enjoy each other's company, the modern, clean look, and everyone being able to have their private space. Great getaway for a group

I brought my work group out for our annual retreat/camping trip. This place is very clean and perfect for a group of 8 to 18. The interior is very clean and well maintained. We had planned on grilling but the grill didn't work the first night. The property owners had a different grill brought in the next morning. Everything went great!!

Is in the best location we've stayed in Island Park. The Cabin is located close to they main highway, but on a nice private wooded lot in the trees. The house was clean (is relatively newly built,) and property management was helpful. We had a large group for the Holiday and there was plenty of room for everyone. Many, many bathrooms! Will book this cabin again.

What a beautiful new lodge! We stayed 2 nights and loved every minute of it. You could tell it was built for the vacationer in mind. The location couldn't be better, in the trees and super close to everything in Island Park. Really nice to stay in a brand new lodge that has everything you could possibly need. We will be back!!!

First of all, you won’t find a better host to work with. We were traveling to Idaho and Montana in the winter so expected the stuff that comes with unpredictable weather. The original cabin we rented had a pipe burst and had to have repairs. Kabino notified us immediately, and provided alternate locations in the same area to meet the needs of our group, with prompt communication and flexibility throughout the process. When we arrived, the snow was cleared from the driveway and steps, and inside the cabin was clean and warm. We found it to be well stocked with all appliances, linens, paper goods, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, even laundry detergent and fabric softener. We had everything we needed after a quick trip to the store 3 blocks away. The cabin was in a great location for access to snowmobile trails, groceries, area restaurants etc, and it is very well laid out for families, multiple families/couples and/or large groups. There was a comment made in a previous review we read about hot water running out. That group must have used ALLOT of hot water because our group of 6 men never ran out. The double washers and dryers were great and even have delay start programming so we could time the wash to finish as we were getting up in the morning. I try to provide feedback on the rentals every time we travel, and give the bad with the good to benefit other travelers and the host. I have to say though, on this one, we truly found no cons, this place is a 10!

Our extended family, 18 adults and teenagers, spent 4 nights at the Buck Buck Moose house in August 2018. The house was very large and really setup for family entertainment – pool table, large kitchen table, poker table, nice kitchen, fire pit outside, big screen TV, and hot-tub. We had 18 adults and older teenagers and everyone had a bed, but one room had to sleep 4 people. There is a grocery store within a mile. The drive to West Yellowstone is about 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at Buck Buck Moose.

Fantastic vacation

This cabin is in a beautiful wooded location approximately 25 miles from the West Yellowstone Entrance. We loved that it was close to the highway but still felt secluded. There is a well provisioned small store and gas station within two blocks of the cabin. The gas in West Yellowstone was about 30 cents cheaper than at this station but it was still very convenient if needed. The cabin easily handled our large group of 11 adults, 9 children and did not feel crowded. It was furnished very nicely and even had a pool table in the great room which was lots of fun. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay. It would have been very nice to soak in after the long hikes in Yellowstone. Overall we had a fantastic vacation and really enjoyed this cabin.

This is a fantastic cabin. It accommodated our large group and was in an excellent location. It is in walking distance to a little convenient store that is surprisingly well stocked with anything you would need (we had a birthday cake forgotten for a 4 year old and they had a small bakery section with a cake!) We spent our days hiking, swimming in the river, going to the Playmill theater, eating smores' around the firepit, - the location is so close to great hikes and attractions. The entire cabin is wood floors, they are beautiful and look fantastic. Overall we had a fantastic time and loved the accommodations for our gathering.
